Corporate data capture technology provider Traxo and direct travel booking technology provider Traverse have formed a strategic partnership that includes deeper technical integration and marketing cooperation, the companies announced.
As part of the agreement, Traverse—formerly NuTravel, prior to a 2023 rebrand—will sell Traxo’s Data Distribution service within its Dash solution, which allows corporate clients to manage multiple direct airline programs in a single location. Dash users can bundle Traxo’s capabilities in their contracts with Traverse to move booking data from their airline partners into Traxo’s downstream partners, which include services such as travel management companies, duty-of-care providers, expense technology, business intelligence tools and sustainability platforms.
The partnership also will expand technical integration between the companies, according to a Traxo spokesperson. Traxo already facilitates data distribution for Delta for Business and is “actively engaging with multiple other carriers to extend this successful model further,” the spokesperson said.
Traverse and Traxo also will be actively referring one another to clients, with Traverse referring Traxo to its airline partners and Traxo referring its corporate travel clients to the Dash tool, the Traxo spokesperson said.
“Traverse teaming up with Traxo, we’re not just bridging gaps— we’re building intelligent solutions to escape the outdated jungle of corporate travel tech,” Traverse president and CEO Michael Harbin said in a statement. “This partnership fuses our innovative spirit with a shared mission to deliver value, choice, and efficiency, empowering buyers and suppliers to traverse from legacy systems to a dynamic, multi-channel universe.”
ZS global travel lead Sarah Hayden, who has worked with both Traxo and Traverse separately, in a statement said that the partnership “makes it easier for corporate buyers to leverage these solutions within a single system.”
