Avi Brosh’s Palisociety Announces Opening Of Le Petit Pali Brentwood In Los Angeles
Le Petit Pali, the newest addition to Avi Brosh’s Palisociety portfolio, has expanded its bespoke footprint with the debut of its third signature hotel, Le Petit Pali Brentwood, a reimagination of the former Brentwood Inn (née Brentwood Motor Hotel in 1947), a storied motor lodge and well-recognized westside property in Los Angeles.
Le Petit Pali, which debuted with two signature hotels in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California in July 2023, is a bespoke bed & breakfast concept from Brosh and team, rooted in unique and distinct details, beautiful and comfortable interiors, and exceptional locations for today’s well-traveled and discerning guest.
Sitting on a winding stretch of Sunset Boulevard, just west of The Getty Center and slightly north of the bustling and charming enclave of Brentwood Village, Le Petit Pali Brentwood is a 25-room hotel completely reimagined by Brosh and the Palisociety in-house design team. The exterior is anchored by a classic center court layout with four guest room buildings surrounding a central parking area, each painted Le Petit Pali’s signature shades of white and deep, dark green and adorned with brass accent lighting, potted olive trees, jasmine and cypress trees.
Within, a collection of intimate common spaces brings a European-inspired sensibility to mind, with classic detailing and style layered with the unexpected. Guests are greeted into an intimate reception area with a brick-clad fireplace, custom-made leather-topped front desk, wallpaper-adorned walls, plaid draperies, vintage lighting, curated library selection and complimentary candy bar. An adjoining exterior patio features a central fountain surrounded by Adirondack chairs and French bistro-style seating where guests can retreat for breakfast, coffee and al fresco moments throughout the day. An additional guest-only expansive outdoor patio is nestled in the back of the property where a bubbling copper fountain, lush greenery and more outdoor lounge seating is available for all-day and evening use covered with striped umbrellas for sun and rows of glowing string lights after dark.
From there, the hotel’s 25 newly designed guest rooms have a cozy yet contemporary palette featuring a mix of taupe-washed original brick or bold striped wallpaper-covered walls, sisal rugs topping reclaimed oak hardwood floors, curated art, and layered textiles mixed and matched throughout the space. Guest rooms range in size from 190 square feet for The Queen to 525 square feet for The LPP Suite, a one-bedroom haven tucked away for ultimate privacy and quiet. The latter can be adjoined with a neighboring King Patio guest room for a one-of-a-kind two bedroom, two bathroom residential-inspired hideaway. Suite guest rooms feature full-size kitchens with all the amenities of home and private outdoor patio areas washed in sunlight and furnished with outdoor lounge pieces and potted plants. Every Le Petit Pali guest room is lovingly equipped with Diptyque bath amenities, Bellino fine linens, plush robes and slippers, Marshall speakers, SMEG mini fridges and a generously curated mini bar featuring locally sourced items, a Palisociety brand signature.
A carefully considered, complimentary breakfast basket is also delivered to guest rooms daily with pastries from local Brentwood bakery, Clark Street, seasonal fruit & yogurt, Marmalade Grove preserves, La Colombe coffee and more, ready to enjoy in the privacy of your room or as a picnic on the hotel’s lobby patio. Come evening, fresh baked cookies are delivered to each guest room for a finishing touch on the day.
Le Petit Pali Brentwood is now open in Los Angeles and is Palisociety’s eighth hotel in the city. The brand will expand in 2025 and beyond with new destinations in Laguna Beach and St. Helena, California.
